MSY Yapı Successfully Completed the MSY Pendix Project

MSY Yapı, known as a Pendik lover and with a prominent approach to keeping its promises, held the turnkey ceremony of the MSY Pendix project. The ceremony was held on April 8, 2018, with the participation of valuable partners, with the justified pride of the successful completion of the project.

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Muharrem Yılmaz, emphasized the basic principles of the company founded approximately 13 years ago and said, “The promises we make are always a priority for us. Today, we have fulfilled our promise once again by being faced with this beautiful picture.”

Pendik Deputy Mayor Ali Çelik expressed his gratitude to MSY Yapı for its contributions to the region and wished happiness to the new flat owners.

On the other hand, MSY Yapı’s contributions to sports and society also stood out at the ceremony. Drawing attention to its sponsorships with Pendikspor Amputee Football Team and Pendik Sailing Club, the speakers stated that the company plays a leading role in corporateness and brand value. Pendikspor President Şerafettin Taştan and Pendik Sailing Club President Tanku Bulduk stated that MSY Yapı’s support contributed to the success of young athletes.

The event emphasized the importance of academic and institutional collaborations with the participation of representatives of Marmara University and Sabancı University. MSY Yapı’s support to the “Mentally Disabled Children Education Foundation” (ZİÇEV) was also brought to the agenda, and in this context, its commitment to social responsibility projects was reaffirmed.

The ceremony ended with Muharrem Yılmaz thanking the land owners and participants. With the MSY Pendix project, MSY Yapı showed once again that it does not just build a building, but continues to contribute to the development of the society and the region.
